On January 29, 2025, Nicomatic, the CECAM vocational high school in Saint-Jeoire, and the Campus des Métiers celebrated a new milestone in their partnership with the inauguration of a machine funded by Nicomatic, dedicated to the technical training of students. This event brought together teachers, students, and Nicomatic representatives, highlighting the crucial role of companies in developing industrial skills.
An Inauguration Marked by Innovation and Knowledge Sharing
The inauguration, held in CECAM’s mechanical workshop, was an opportunity to emphasize the tangible impact of this donation on students. With this new equipment, students can now train on cutting-edge industrial tools, preparing them for the challenges of the professional world.
Since 2023, Nicomatic has been collaborating with CECAM through the TOP FAB project, which notably enabled the school's team to win the international First Tech Challenge competition last April. This new initiative further strengthens the partnership, demonstrating a shared commitment to hands-on learning.
A Long-Term Commitment to Education
This donation is part of Nicomatic’s broader commitment to developing young talent. It follows other initiatives, such as the donation of an assembly machine to the Charles Poncet high school in Cluses, and reflects Nicomatic’s dedication to actively passing on industrial expertise.
