A Collaboration to Bring FHE to the Industry Sector
The need for cross-enterprise data computation, in order to perform exhaustive supply chain analysis, has shed light, over the last years, on the potential of blockchain applications in the industry sector. However, the use of public blockchains by industry market leaders remains limited to date, as these infrastructures do not natively offer a solution to keep sensitive information confidential.
FHE is a cryptographic technique that enables data to be processed blindly without having to decrypt it. It allows to aggregate cross-enterprise data on a unique register (e.g. a blockchain) and perform computing while preserving confidentiality end-to-end.
The Impact of the Partnership on the Market
Nicomatic Explorer is building blockchain-based applications for multi-layer analysis of industrial supply chain, leveraging Zama’s FHE solutions to ensure the confidential treatment of sensitive data.
