Built for Harsh Environments
Designed with a robust metallic frame, Optimus modules are sealed using a one-shot injected silicone process that ensures:
- Interfacial sealing between mated modules
- Peripheral sealing between module and shell
- Rear grommet sealing to prevent liquid ingress from cable side
These features provide superior EMI protection, vibration resistance, and environmental sealing, making Optimus a perfect fit for mission-critical applications.
